- The competition starts on Wednesday, 12th June 2024 and ends Wednesday, 31st July 2024.
- To enter, spend a minimum of R200.00 on any products at Parklane SuperSpar or TOPS and place your till slip with your name and contact details into the vehicle in the store.
- TOPS at SPAR products are not available to persons under the age of 18.
- You may enter this competition as many times as you like. Please note, however, that one till slip, regardless of the amount spent, qualifies for one entry only.
- Ten (10) finalists will be drawn after this competition closes. Each finalist must be present in person at the final draw to be eligible to win the car.
- Parklane SuperSpar will endeavour to contact the ten (10) finalists telephonically twice on the day after their names are drawn. If any of the finalists cannot be contacted during this period for whatever reason, including technical problems, their position as a finalist will be forfeited.
- In the event of a finalist being disqualified in terms of these rules, a replacement finalist will be drawn.
- The competition is open to all citizens of South Africa who are 18 years old or over, except for the members, shareholders, directors, employees, partners, agents and consultants (and their respective life partners, business partners and immediate families) of any employees of Parcom (Pty) Ltd or FMB Mortgage Nominees (Pty) Ltd.
- The prize may not be transferred or exchanged for cash or for any other goods or services.
- The winner must allow Parklane SuperSpar a reasonable period to arrange for the car to be licenced in his/her respective name. The winner must provide Parklane SuperSpar with all information and original documentation required for this purpose, including an identity document and driver’s licence, valid in the respective country of the winner, and an up to date proof of residence.
- The name of the winner, along with a photograph or video, will be published on social media once the winner has been validated and verified.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Parklane SuperSpar may use his/her name and pictures for any future marketing material in print and digital media.
- The decisions of Parklane SuperSpar and its judges are final and may not be challenged. No correspondence will be entertained.
