IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Sales by weight

1. Products sold per KG are sold at an estimated weight of the cooked product.
2. The customer selects the weight closest to the cooked weight that they require.
3. At the time of collection, the Customer may be entitled to a refund if the cooked weight is less than the purchased weight; OR
4. At the time of collection, the Customer may have to pay an additional amount if the cooked weight is greater than the purchased weight.

Here’s what you need to know:

• We need a minimum of 5 hours to prepare your fresh deli products.
• Currently, we only accept credit card payments for online orders.
• Please note that, as a policy, we do not offer refunds on deli orders once they have been ordered.

Here’s how you can order online:

1. Pick your favorite Parklane SuperSpar deli products below.
2. Check the allergen list to make sure you are not allergic to any ingredients.
3. Choose your product weight
4. Once you have added your products to your Cart, continue to the Checkout page.
5. Enter your details accurately. We may need to confirm your order and promise to keep your info confidential.
6. Select your Collection time.
7. Make a payment safely with PayFast. Currently, we only accept credit card payments for online orders.
8. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and collection time. Please bring this confirmation when you pick up your order.
